Cancellation terms depend on the hotels, transport and other suppliers involved in your trip, so they vary from booking to booking.

What to expect

• Cancellation terms for your trip are shared in writing with your quotation, before you pay.
• A 30% deposit or as per quotation shared confirms a booking; the balance is due before travel.
• Refunds, where applicable, depend on what the suppliers have confirmed for your booking and may be subject to supplier charges.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@vistropia.com with your booking reference as early as possible. Earlier notice generally gives more refund options.
