How do I get a price for a package?
Most packages are quoted on request because rates depend on your travel dates, hotel availability and supplier rates. Use the "Get a Personalised Quote" button on any package and share your dates and group size.
Is a price shown on the website the final price?
No. Any price shown is indicative until we send you a written quotation for your dates and group.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once you accept the quotation, a 30% deposit or as per quotation shared confirms the booking and the balance is due before travel. Payment details are shared with your quotation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and are shared in writing for each booking. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Can you customise an itinerary?
Yes. Choose "Plan a Custom Trip" and tell us your destination, dates, budget and interests.
Do you arrange flights, visas or travel insurance?
Yes. Flight, train and bus bookings, visa assistance (for most countries) and travel insurance are available. Use the enquiry form and tell us what you need. If we cannot help with a particular request, we will tell you after your enquiry.
Can I download the itinerary?
Yes. Every package page has a "Download Itinerary PDF" button, no account needed.
